Not only do I have a pretty new pedicure, but I have new shoes. I bought some like this two months ago, and the insole had already worn out on both shoes. Not what I would have expected for shoes that retail for $110. And, they are the BEST SHOES EVER. So I called the company this week, and told them the problem, sent them a photo of the worn areas, and they sent me a new pair, which arrived today.

Lovely! I'm very impressed that the shoe company sent you a new pair. If it were me, I'd be a customer for life. And at $110 a pop, that says something.
