Tonight was our final Village Theater night of the season. We saw "Jesus Christ Superstar," which was very good, with the exception of the main characters being overmiked to the point that you couldn't distinguish some of their words sometimes, and the few glaring inconsistencies in the storyline.
We've loved going to Village Theater ever since we've moved here. When the boys were little, Rob's parents would go on a different night and then babysit for us when it was our night to go. In recent years, we've gone on the same night so Rob can do all the driving.
It's a good thing we took this picture BEFORE we left for the play; when we got out it was P-O-U-R-I-N-G rain, and even though we park in handicapped parking when we are with Rob's parents, we got absolutely SOAKED to the skin in the short dash to the car. Rob says it was must have been representative of the darkness and tumults that came after the Savior's death (which is where the play ends).

Everybody looks good and healthy. I like seeing pictures of Grandma and Grandpa since I can't physically see them right now. Do me a favor and give them a hug and a kiss for me? Also, tell them I love them and plan to talk to them soon! I love you to Aunt Marie. I guess a Washington visit is in order soon!
