Earlier this week, Eldon and I met with a nutritionist to see what he should be eating to help bulk up for his BYU swim team tryouts in the fall. Long story short, he should have a net calorie intake of 3000 per day (meaning he needs to down about 5000 calories on days that he swims), with at least 100 grams of protein a day. Eating that much in a day is really tough, so Eldon is glad he can use protein drinks to help meet these goals.
