Today we had an awesome assembly by the Okayama Sanyo band from Japan. They are technically a high school band, but they don't sound like any HS band I have ever heard. They sing, dance, and play instruments all at once. Their show is incredibly entertaining, and musically very advanced. I was thoroughly enjoying the assembly, my camera back in my purse in my office, so I snapped this with my cell phone. Not the greatest, which is why I call this a picture I wished I'd taken.
This picture is not from today, nor did I take it, but I wanted to include it because Eldon is just SO handsome! This lovely young lady lives in Helaman Halls, and is from Oregon. This was taken at the Helaman Halls winter formal.
