December 25: Merry Christmas To ALL!

It's been another fun Cummings family Christmas.  We woke up and had our traditional breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and orange rolls and cinnamon rolls.  I don't care that the orange rolls were 4.5 Weight Watchers points apiece; I had 2 of them (after a huge bowl of applesauce and a banana, both of which are 0 points).  We ate breakfast a little earlier than we needed to, so Eldon and Rob took a nap after breakfast before church at 10.  After church, we opened presents.

Santa brought both boys a can of Tactical Bacon (ThinkGeek.com).  Jason thought it was hysterical, but I don't know what Eldon thought of it.

One of Eldon's presents was this awesome pea coat.  It's casual enough to wear with jeans at school and nice enough that he can wear it over his suit in the mission field.

Jason's shirt is another Christmas present.  I think his chemistry teacher will get a kick out of it.  It was one of the few presents he got that wasn't cards for his obsession, Magic:  The Gathering.  After we got home from having Christmas dinner with Rob's folks, we stacked up all his cards and measured the stack.  Nearly vertical 9 inches of nerdiness.  Gotta love the maniacal look on his face.  Teenage boys.  What can you do with them!

Looks like you all had a lovely Christmas. Will Eldon be on his mission next year? (sorry, maybe I shouldn't bring that up right now). He looks so handsome in his pea coat.

I hate to admit it, but I don't get the tactical bacon. Jason's shirt cracks me up, though!

Merry Christmas!
