October 22: Goal Met!

One of the first goals that I set for myself on Weight Watchers was to lose 5% of my starting weight.  With my 2-lb weight loss this week, I reached this goal (in just 5 weeks on the program).  Not only that, but after today's weigh-in, I had to retire my official weigh-in outfit.  The shirt still fits well enough, but the pants are super loose.  Call me obsessive, but I wore this exact same outfit to every weigh in to date.  I weighed it on my postal scale, and found another outfit that weighs exactly the same (within about 0.2 of an ounce).  That way, my weight loss each week is all weight loss and not fluctuations in clothing.
