Early this morning, we loaded in the car once again and headed north on I-15 to Provo. For some reason, Eldon was quite anxious to get on the road! (I think if it would have helped us get there faster, he would have gotten out and pushed the van all the way up the freeway.) After picking up his ID, books, and all sports pass at the Bookstore, we went back to his dorm room for a *very* brief goodbye. I didn't even have time for a proper cry, which is probably a good thing, because if I had gotten started I wouldn't have stopped. I'm so proud of Eldon and so excited for him to be at BYU! But, oh, how I will miss him!
Jason, however, seems to have a different opinion about leaving Eldon at the dorms.
