Today was the second of two yard sales this summer. Man, they are a lot of work! I'm really glad that the boys were home to help out. Kandi (Eldon's girlfriend) had offered to come over and help. Eldon had not let her know he got home early, so when she got here this morning, I sent her inside to start bringing stuff out, and there was Eldon in the living room. She was so surprised!
We made about $400 total and got rid of a LOT of stuff in the process. All the leftovers were carted off to the Deseret Industries donation trailer.
Near the end of the sale, Rob remembered he had these kids' tools in his garage, and pulled them out. Eldon tried on the hat and couldn't believe it still fit him, so of course he had to try out all the garb. That right there was worth the entire hassle of the yard sale!
